Alien: Romulus: New Chilling Japaneess Trailer Gives Us Our Best Look Yet At The Film's Titular Beast And Its Facehuggers

Our best look at this month's science fiction horror release Alien: Romulus so far comes from a new Japanese trailer. That is to say, there are a great deal more Xenomorphs. Alien: Romulus, which featured new and previously unseen footage in its latest trailer, will be directed by Fede Álvarez and co-written with Rodo Sayagues. It will take place between the original Alien and James Cameron’s sequel, Aliens.

New footage from Alien teases a plethora of terrifying scenes, including horrifying facehuggers, the titular star beast, and how they will torment our newest crop of naive victims. From what we can see in Alien: Romulus, this third instalment could finally live up to the original two films in the franchise and be a science fiction horror classic.

Over the past few months, director Fede Álvarez has hinted multiple times about the classic vibe of his Alien film. More recently, while discussing the making of Alien: Romulus for the big screen, he teased how the film will (hopefully) impact audiences worldwide.
