Julia Garner (Ozark), a Golden Globe winner, will star in the psychological thriller Apartment 7A, which will debut on Paramount+ in the US on Friday, September 27. The film will reach other international markets later this year, according to the studio.

You can view the streamer's unveiling of first-look stills from the picture below.

Deadline is among the first news outlets to report breaking stories, and their report gives a brief overview of the story as follows:

Set in 1965 New York City, Flat 7A delves into the events that transpired in the notorious Bramford building prior to Rosemary's Baby, a renowned horror classic.

Terry Gionoffrio (Garner), a young dancer with big dreams of making it big in New York City, is taken in by an elderly couple, Dianne Wiest and Kevin McNally, after she suffers a terrible injury. The couple welcomes Terry into their home in the posh Bramford apartment block. All her wishes appear to be being granted when Jim Sturgess, a prominent Broadway producer and fellow resident, offers her a second opportunity at stardom.

After an unsettling night that she can't quite put her finger on, she begins to doubt the career sacrifices she's made and comes to terms with the fact that something sinister resides in the Bramford, not just in Flat 7A.

Based on a screenplay by Skylar James and Christian White, the film was directed by Natalie Erika James (Relic) from a screenplay by James herself, with additional inspiration from Ira Levin's iconic novel Rosemary's Baby. Kobna Holdbrook-Smith (Wonka), Andrew Buchan (All the Money in the World), Rosy McEwen (Blue Jean), and Marli Siu (Everything I Know About Love) are among the supporting cast members.
