Aryan Khan Makes His First Real Estate Investment In South Delhi: Report

The Economic Times reports that Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, has purchased a two-story home in South Delhi's posh Panchsheel Park neighbourhood. The acquisition of this space cost him Rs. 37 crores. The fact that his mother Gauri Khan lived here before her marriage to SRK is quite interesting.

The Economic Times further reports that the family already owns the building's ground and basement levels.

According to the article, Aryan paid stamp duty of 2.64 crores rupees when the property was registered in May 2024. On top of that, the home was designed by his birthgiver, Gauri Khan.

Aryan Khan likely made his first real estate purchase here. In June 2023, his sister Suhana Khan, who is also an actor, paid Rs 12.91 crores for a 1.5-acre Alibaug property that included three houses. It was in a seaside town in Maharashtra, right next to Shah Rukh Khan's enormous bungalow. She spent over Rs. 10 crores earlier this year on yet another piece of Alibaug land.

Just like out Bollywood stars, their children also like to purchase mansions in desirable neighbourhoods. Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan has just joined his famous father on this bandwagon.

On the work front, Aryan Khan has reportedly finished filming his first web series as a director, titled Stardom.currently filming Stardom, his first web series as a director. Starring alongside Mona Singh and others is Lakshya, who is known for his work in the recently released flick, Kill. There have been rumours that Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Bobby Deol, Karan Johar, and many more make cameo appearances are also a part of the series.
