Even you football fans probably didn't notice that Wrexham forward Paul Mullin was in Deadpool & Wolverine. During the film's final battle scene, Mullin—whose team is co-owned by Ryan Reynolds—played the role of "Welshpool," a Deadpool variant who sported the Welsh flag on his chest.

Using the adjective "far deadlier than the rest," Reynolds revealed some concept art and production stills from, the latter one of which sees Mullin dressed as his character (with Reynolds appearing in every shot alongside him in the on-set photos).

Fans were ecstatic to hear that Mullin, whose nickname is "Super Mullin"—was the mastermind behind Welshpool. The Instagram post through which Reynolds revealed the same can be found down below:

Along with that, the film featured a slew of Deadpool variations—a total of one hundred to be exact—battling it out with Deadpool and Wolverine. We were already familiar with some of these, like Canadapool and Lady Deadpool (who is called Ladypool in the film), thanks to Ryan Reynolds' social media and the film's promotional materials. We won't tell you about any more Deadpool variants in the film because we want you to see Deadpool and Wolverine and find out the same for yourself. The Shawn Levy directorial is currently out now and doing very well at the box office.
