Diljit Dosanjh To Return To Ghost Hunting With Sardaarji 3; Actor Confirms With An Instagram Post

The multifaceted Punjabi actor and singer Diljit Dosanjh has announced the third installment of his beloved horror-comedy franchise, Sardaar Ji. Sardaarji 3 will open worldwide on June 27, 2025.

Dosanjh announced the exciting news on Instagram. Fans are drawn to a poster with a blurred, monochromatic image of Dosanjh with his back to the camera and a voice-over dialogue exchange. The caption says "SARDAAR JI 3 Releasing Worldwide 27th June 2025." Sardaarji 3's plot, cast (besides Dosanjh), and director are unknown, but the announcement has generated buzz.

Sardaarji 3, produced by White Hill Studios' Gunbir Singh Sidhu and Manmord Sidhu and Story Time Productions, continues the entertainment franchise that began in 2015. The first film, Sardaar Ji, introduced Dosanjh as ghost hunter Jaggi. The film also starred Mandy Takhar and Neeru Bajwa.

Its sequel, which made its theatrical debut in 2016, saw Dosanjh in a triple role and actors like Monica Gill and Sonam Bajwa join the cast list.

Dosanjh is riding high after the success of Jatt & Juliet 3, released in June 2024. The film, which sees Dosanjh opposite Neeru Bajwa once again, has already crossed Rs. 100 crore at the global box office. His previous two films, Amar Singh Chamkila and Crew, also made waves on screens of all sizes.
