King: Shah Rukh Khan And Suhana To Take On Multiple Villains In The Film: Report

It is a known fact by now that Shah Rukh Khan and Siddharth Anand are reuniting for another action-packed thriller directed by Sujoy Ghosh after Pathaan's success. It was then later reported that Suhana Khan, SRK's daughter, will make her film debut in the film, set in the underworld, as mentor and protegee. A portal reported that Abhishek Bachchan will play King's antagonist.

And now, popular Entertainment daily Pinkvilla has learned that the Sujoy Ghosh directorial will feature SRK and Suhana defeating multiple villains. “Abhishek Bachchan plays the main villain, but the film has multiple villains. For the negative turn, the team is seeking credible Hindi film actors. An insider who is close to the development told Pinkvilla that the casting for the same is underway and the film will begin production in November 2024.

Pinkvila's source also added that Siddharth Anand, Sujoy Ghosh, and the team in Europe have done extensive reccees for the film, which will be shot in India and abroad. “The film will be shot in multiple European countries, with a lot of action in Prague. The source said Sid and the team did a reccee in London and are planning the shoot schedule.

A Little About King and What Will SRK Do After The Sujoy Ghosh Film

Khan plays an underworld don and Suhana is his protege, and the makers plan to make a raw action film with emotions for the spectacle. The Marflix Entertainment-Red Chillies actioner is scheduled for release in late 2025/early 2026. Shah Rukh Khan is expected to start Pathaan 2 after King by mid-2025.
