MCU's Morgan Stark, aka Lexi Rabe Gets Shocked After Robert Downey Jr's Dr. Doom Reveal

The news of Robert Downey Jr.'s return to the MCU prompted Avengers: Endgame star Lexi Rabe to share her reaction. In case you didn't hear, the Iron Man actor made an astonishing announcement at San Diego Comic-Con about his upcoming role as Doctor Doom in Avengers: Doomsday. His big Instagram reveal confused his on-screen daughter in a playful way. Marvel fans adored the subtle reference to their interactions at the end of The Infinity Saga, so her little "Dad?" comment gained a lot of likes very fast.

The Russo Brothers, who returned to the saddle after Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, will also be riding shotgun. Perhaps Morgan Stark will make a triumphant return to the MCU.

The news didn't just catch Rabe and the other Marvel actors off guard. Jeremy Renner expressed his shock at Robert Downey Jr.'s decision to return to the MCU in a recent interview with US Weekly. The actor who plays Hawkeye revealed, "I'm like, 'What's going on? Are you hiding this from us?' I don't know. That's exciting news, man. I'm really, really excited about it."

At least for the time being, it appears that Marvel is preparing for a major reunion. That pull is also felt by Renner. Will there be more of Morgan Stark? It will be revealed in due course.
