New Trailer Alert: Blink Twice, Starring Channing Tatum And Naomi Ackie

The makers of Zoë Kravitz's directorial debut, Blink Twice have very recently released a new trailer for their upcoming feature. This trailer gives us our best look yet at the characters played by Naomi Ackie and Channing Tatum in the film and gives us a sense of what to expect from this roller-coaster ride of a film. As per an article on The Hollywood Reporter, the official synopsis of the film reads as follows:

"When tech billionaire Slater King (Tatum) meets cocktail waitress Frida (Ackie) at his fundraising gala, sparks fly. He invites her to join him and his friends on a dream vacation on his private island. It’s paradise. Wild nights blend into sun soaked days and everyone’s having a great time. No one wants this trip to end, but as strange things start to happen, Frida begins to question her reality. There is something wrong with this place. She’ll have to uncover the truth if she wants to make it out of this party alive."

Alia Shawkat, Christian Slater, Adria Arjona, Simon Rex, Kyle MacLachlan, Haley Joel Osment, and Geena Davis are just a few of the famous faces that have tickets to Slater King's "feline resort".

Although the fate of the characters in the film seem uncertain, we are certain about one thing: When Blink Twice hits theatres on August 23, you won't see us blinking an eye.
