New Trailer Alert: Vedaa, Starring John Abraham, Sharvari Wagh And Abhishek Banerjee

Once again, John Abraham is delivering an adrenaline-pumping performance. While Sharvari fights for justice against a tyrannical system, the actor plays the role of a mentor to her. More than just gore and gigantic action scenes are featured in the action-packed trailer for Vedaa. Below, you can view it in its entirety:

As the preview opens with John Abraham's character fighting thugs hand-to-hand, we hear Lord Krishna reciting lines from the Bhagavad Gita in the background. He vows to defend Dharma "Whenever there will be decay in righteousness."

As the line "I believe in caste system and abide by it" uttered by Abhishek Bannerjee's character reveals, the villagers are tortured. "What is the need for law and constitution in this country if caste system is everything?" Sharvari asks her character.

Major Abhimanyu Kanwar, a former soldier from 11 Gorkha Ri~es who was court-martialed for disobeying his superiors, is approached by Sharvari's Vedaa, who is praying for a guardian, for assistance.

In her fight against prejudice, Abhimanyu teaches Vedaa boxing and martial arts. Although her mentor is there to support her, she must take the lead in fighting for social justice. John and Sharvari both appear in a number of exciting action scenes.

Zee Studios, in collaboration with Emmay Entertainment and JA Entertainment, produces Vedaa. The film, which has Nikkhil Advani at the helm, will hit theatres on August 15.
