Deadpool & Wolverine is coming out in a few weeks, but Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are already planning their next collaboration. The Deadpool actor discussed his MCU debut with Entertainment Weekly. During that conversation, Reynolds teased a project he and Jackman are working on. If you're thinking this is going to be yet another MCU project, sorry for bursting your under-construction dream bubble before hand, but that is not the case.

However, it is an undeniable fact that people would like to see these real-life buddies in almost anything, because the two of them have the kind of bromance that one seldom hears of, and much less gets to witness on screen. One example of the same is the following Instagram post from a few years ago:

Coming back, while teasing the seemingly under-development project and simultaneously crediting their seemingly ages-old camaraderie to communication and the willingness to champion each other, Reynolds told the aforementioned daily that "We (Reynolds & Jackman) have one (Project) we're looking to do soon. I would say that [ours] is like any relationship that is successful and works: It's that two parties are rooting for each other," Reynolds explained.

To this, he added "I'm always rooting for Hugh to score and win. I also know the infinite nuance of his heart and his mind and who he is. I can say firsthand that he's a person who's not just worth rooting for, he's somebody who's impossible to not root for."

Well, we certainly now want to see what the two ComicBook movie genre stalwarts have to offer to us. This offering will only become sweeter if Shawn Levy decides to take to the director's chair for this one as well.

In the meanwhile, the two will finally be seen as the Marvel characters that they are now the poster boys of in Shawn Levy's Deadpool & Wolverine. This film is slated for a July 27th release, and if popular dailies are to go by, the film is now expected to mint approximately $175 million during its opening weekend. Now that is a the kind of number that potential billion-dollar movies usually kickstart their box office run with, don't they?
